Professional background
  • 1990 – 1995: after a Master 1 in Economics and Law, choses her career path by following a Master 2 in Human Resources at the University of Paris Dauphine
    1996 – 2004: as HR Business Partner France, accompanies and supports the operational teams in their managerial challenges, mostly in the pharmaceutical industry (Rhône-Poulenc, Aventis, Sanofi)
    2005 – 2011: extends her HR action to the Africa, Middle East and Latin America zones by initiating and implementing international projects in change management, leadership development, coaching and talent management
    2011: Decides to assert her passion for supporting individuals and teams. Becomes a consultant, coach and trainer in management-leadership, human resources, change management and personal and professional development
    2015: joins Kamae Conseil
