Professional background
  • 1986-1996:  learns the art of sales, mainly at Xerox and Kodak
  • 1996-2000: develops his talents as a matrix manager at Xerox  by taking part in various projects related to training and CRM (developing Xerox’s sales school, deploying the CRM tool and methodology, taking part in training projects at European level…)
  • 2000-2008 : senior consultant within a Parisian training and coaching consultancy (sales, writing, training seminars development and facilitation)
  • 2009: creates his own model to cast a fresh eye on companies, on seminar facilitation and on ways to reach goals through positive, constructive, innovative and interactive training practices.
  • 2014: joins the Kamae Conseil team to intervene on assignments focused on persuasion, leadership, communication and operational management.
Key tools
  • Training: because it immediately boosts the teams and sharing an experience within a group is a company’s lifeline
  • Individual and team coaching: coaching is not something that happens because someone thought it should. For it to have a long-lasting impact, it has to combine life-long experience with an authentic sense of empathy
  • Auditing, assessing, consulting and field coaching: providing real meaning to the term “customised intervention”
