The Name

From the Budo or Book of Martial Arts, Kamae combines within the same spirit a specific technique and attitude chosen to prepare for decisive action. Associating the search for efficiency and the meaning given to every action, Kamae mobilizes in the same dynamic, will, talent and skill.

    The framework is that “instruction manual” that we set for ourselves and others; that set of rules and instructions that allows us to build constructive and mutually profitable exchanges. To be effective, this framework first needs to be defined and then communicated…

  • The paths
    The paths

    To reach the target, there are many Paths we can explore within the comfort and security of the established framework… while taking the liberty to “experience other possibilities”. So it is not a question of judging if a chosen Path is good or bad, but to evaluate the manner in which it serves or hinders the targeted goal.

  • The letter K
    The letter K

    Constructed on a very stable base and open to the world facing it, the letter K symbolizes the idea that we can assert ourselves with confidence while recognizing the universe of others. All relational aspects aside, “K” also designates the multiplication effect in economy, as described by Keynes. An effect that will be the fruit of our collaboration.

CONSULTANCY CREATED AS AN INDEPENDENT

The consultancy initially appeared under the name Ludovic Kosloff-Treister. For 3 years, the consultancy provided services on a free-lance basis on behalf of various Parisian consultancies.

2007
THE KAMAE CONSEIL BRAND IS BORN

The consultancy develops their training, coaching, team building and change management services. The Chantelle Group is the first client to trust Kamae Conseil. They are quickly joined by Cartier (who provides the consultancy with their first international assignment), quickly followed by Elior, Genzyme, Comptoir des Cotonniers and many others.

2010
ALAIN TREISTER JOINS KAMAE CONSEIL

After 15 years spent within various training and coaching consultancies, Alain joins his brother Ludovic as Associate Director. The consultancy is now a dual-headed management structure supported by a multidisciplinary team of free-lance consultants keen to pursue their development.

2014
KAMAE CONSEIL TAKES OVER NG COACHING

Adding to the original services they provide, they develop skills appraisal and recruitment and mobility support modules, allowing the consultancy to support their clients over the whole of their HR development. In parallel, new consultants become part of the consultancy’s portfolio, complementing and enhancing the existing team.

2015
THE YEAR OF CONSOLIDATION

The whole of the activities is gathered under the aegis of the Kamae Conseil brand; a new website is launched; 9 consultants serve the needs of 22 clients.

2016
THE YEAR OF INTERNATIONALISATION

To serve the local needs of its clients located in the Asia-Pacific region and support its international clients’ development, Kamae Conseil opens its subsidiary in Hong Kong as Kamae Consulting. 34 clients, including 15 currently active, place their trust in the consultancy. The Parisian team is enriched by 4 new consultants, while 5 Hong Kong-based consultants join the Kamae Consulting’s new Asian venture.
