- 1994 – 2003: very involved in skills transfer within various organizations. Discovers a passion for interpersonal communication. Broadens her knowledge of management and develops her coaching skills.
- Since 2003 : works on consulting, coaching and training projects with managers, sales personnel and trainers. Puts particular emphasis on the quality of human relationships within business to optimize overall performance. Her motto: “savoir-faire and savoir-vivre”.
