Elior runs a “Conducting a Professional Interview” module with Kamae Conseil

From 2010, Elior developed a real partnership with Kamae Conseil who supports them in their endeavour to respond to local managers’ needs with regards to retaining their teams’ level of engagement.
Today, Elior Concessions has appointed Kamae Conseil to design and run training sessions focused on conducting professional interviews, the latest legal obligation stemming from the new Professional Training bill (05 March 2014).
For this new module, Kamae will help managers navigate their way through the sometimes complex world of yearly appraisals, personal development, later stages of career, skill enhancement interviews, feedback interviews, etc…, understand the intent and spirit behind this new Interview, take ownership of the support made available by the company to its employees and work on their posture to ensure their action is both effective and efficient.
