Hello,

I come from the marketing – communication environment where i practised during 15 years different responsabilities like director of little company or by being director of communication of a big IT distribution group, I experienced and observed all the differents facets of managerial and commercial functions to understand better issues attached to it. This course allowed me to evolve in 2002 towards a new Lane and pass from “product development to the development of individuals”. In 2007, after five years of collaboration with ten of specialized office, I surrounded myself with a talented team to create Kamae Conseil that I co-directs with my brother Alain.

Professional Background
  • 1988–2001: gets his company, sales and management experience in various managerial positions in the world of marketing-communication.
  • October 2002: decides to change direction and move towards the development and efficiency of individuals within organizations
    Collaborates on consulting, training, coaching and team building projects in association with a dozen specialized consultancies (intervening with managers, sales teams, buyers, negotiators, in-house trainers and coaches)
  •  January 2008: creates Kamae Conseil to develop empowerment programs around relational effectiveness and emotional intelligence.

  • Training: to pass on knowledge and incite self-appropriation of efficient techniques and adapted behaviours (Certified “Intensive Trainer Training” – Dynargie).
  • Coaching : to develop the individual and collective potential of all (certified “Professional and personal coach” – Coach Up Institut)
