- 1995 – 2017: practices acting (improvisation, street theatre, text, mime…)
- 2005 – 2007: joins the Caisse d’Epargne de Bretagne as a banking organizer (project management, change management, ongoing monitoring)
- 2007 – 2014: steps in to lead in-company projects and manage change as an operational strategy consultant, and later as a team leader
- 2011: launches drama workshops in Paris (artistic work and personal development)
- 2014: trains as a Storytelling Coach and focuses her activities on coaching
- 2015: funds her own theatre company, dedicated to creating original shows
- 2015: adds acting techniques to her team-building assignments and her individual and group coaching sessions
- 2017: joins the Kamae Conseil team
- Training: to share knowledge and reinforce social skills through targeted workshops and roleplays
- Storytelling coaching: to allow everyone to start writing their own story again
- Drama improvisation: to foster creativity, team spirit, self-confidence
- Acting: to learn to recognize and manage one’s emotions, improve interactions with others, know one’s strengths as a public speaker
