Success insights

As far as communication is concerned, a golden rule stands out: we should “treat others as we would like to be treated ourselves”. That rule implies the belief that we all function in the same way and respond to the same needs… which often leads us to interpersonal dead-ends in real life.

Thanks to the DISC / Success Insights behavioural model, we can modify this approach and substitute instead a new paradigm: “Let us treat all our interlocutors as they need to be treated”.

At once simple and fun to implement, extremely effective in terms of results, the Success Insights tools allow to take one’s knowledge about oneself and others further and build mutually beneficial relationships, whether they be relations manager / managed, sales people / client, from colleague to colleague, or from one department to another.
