2011-2017: Becomes an “expert in the development of luxury skills and codes” by successively holding the positions of “field coach” and Training Manager for two luxury Houses (fashion and watchmaking and jewellery) in the Asia-Pacific region.
Designs numerous materials, modules and workshops to support the development of teams and enable them to embody the strategy and culture of their House on a daily basis, using her own certifications if necessary (“Coloured Gem Professional” – Gubelin Academy; “Diamond & Coloured Gem” – IGI; “Watch Essential” – FHH) to build knowledge and confidence among sales teams
At the same time, acts as a “Brand Ambassador” to promote the image of a High Jewelry House during events, exhibitions or private dinners dedicated to the general public, VIP customers, or the media
