Professional background
  • 1988 – 1990: after a BA in French linguistics, a Master’s in linguistics in Seoul National University, starts a career as a journalist for Korea Times, a daily newspaper in English
  • 1995 – 2000: HR manager, General secretary at ESMOD Seoul, a fashion school part of ESMOD PARIS’s international network
  • 2001 – 2005: marketing director at Lee Hecht Harrison Korea, a global career consulting firm based in the U.S.
  • 2006 – 2012: starts a career as an executive coach and works as a consultant-coach at Deloitte Consulting Korea
  • 2011 to present: co-active coaching and Front of the Room leader at CTI (global leading coaching training firm based in San Francisco)
  • 2012 to present: founds her own business, specialized in executive coaching and leadership development
    2017: joins the Kamae Consulting team
