Professional background
  • 1985 – 1997: works for Mechanical Engineering Industry in export, marketing and sales management functions. Discovers the rules of business, management and how to lead teams result- and performance-oriented. Collects experiences in how to run TQM projects.
  • 1997 – 2013: manager of B.U. and Director (Member of Board) at Cegos Germany, highly involved in business development, content development, roll out and facilitation of major training projects. During training and coaching she invites people to explore how exciting it can be to dare something new and discover own potentials.
  • Since 2006: funds her consulting company with a focus on moments of change and transition in organizations and personal development.
  • 2016: joins the Kamae Conseil team
