After my studies in France and USA, I have engaged in commercial and managerial responsibilities at Xerox before go abroad a few years in Canada to create and develop my company. Since 1995 I evolve in the world of consulting and training. First in large firms ( Cegos , BPI , OrgaConsultants , Altedia ) to as consultants , manager, key account manager or director of BU , and now in Kamae Conseil that I co-directs with my brother Ludovic. I stand in companies, mainly for design and facilitate change management methodologies and training for managers and trade . I also leads the consulting team during deployments in France and abroad .

Professional background

  • 1982 – 1986: university studies in commerce and marketing in Paris and San Francisco.
  • 1986 – 1995: practical experience in sales and management at Xerox.
  • 1990 – 1992: sets up his own company in Canada.
  • 1995 – 2010: consultant and B.U. manager in various consulting and training agencies (Cegos, BPI, OrgaConsultants and Altedia). Works on consulting projects on change management, and on training and team building in the art of sales, negotiation, management and public speaking.
  • June 2010: joins Kamae Conseil as Associate Director.
