Professional background
  • 1990 – 1995: After a BA in Law and Economics, chooses her career path with an MA in Human Resources in Paris Dauphine University
  • 1996 – 2004: Coaches, supports and challenges as HR business partner France les operational teams throughout their managements challenges, mostly in the pharmaceutical industry (Rhône-Poulenc, Aventis, Sanofi)
  • 2005 – 2011: Extends her HR action in Africa, the Middle East and Latin American: initiates and implements international change management projects (activities and organisations), management and leadership development programmes, as well coaching and talent management initiatives
  • 2011: Decides to assert her passion for individual and team coaching. Becomes a consultant, a coach and a trainer in management-leadership, human resources, change management and personal and professional development
  • 2015: Joins the Kamae Conseil team
