- 1994 – 2000: Evolving in major Telecommunication companies, first as a team member then as manager, she has gained a strong experience in the field of management, organization and teamwork.
- 2000 – 2002: In order to improve her range of intercultural knowledge, she decided to work for an English school in San Francisco in the pedagogical team covering many different nationalities. Subsequently she involved herself in a humanitarian project in Guatemala.
- 2003 – 2009: Upon her return to Europe, she co founded a company in Switzerland specialized in international industrial services.
- 2009: She become a coach, trainer and consultante to provide expertise in accompanying professionnally Individuals and groups during sessions in management and leadership, interpersonal communication and resolution of intercultural issues
- 2016: Join Kamae Conseil.
- Coaching: To allow everyone to evolve toward its goal and to make conscious choices (certified professional coach- International Mozaic)
- Training: To transmit and allow everyone to appropriate efficient technicals and behave appropriately (trained as a pedagogical engineer and in conducting training sessions-CNAM)
- Team building: To allow everyone to become aware of his behaviour in a team and how he co-created interactions
- NLP : because it’s a benevolent, efficient and accessible approach to change (certified « Maitre praticien PNL » – IFPL)
- Systémic approach: To have a global vision of the system and what is going on inside (CIRCE & International Mosaic)
