Professional background
  • 1992 – 1997 : Passionate about human relationships and the understanding of human beings in their environments, she trains at the Paris College of Psychology (Ecole de Psychologues Praticiens de Paris) and becomes a clinical psychologist.
  • 1998 – 2000 : Learns the ropes of the « -” industry within a recruitment company and discovers IT, telecom and industry.
  • 2000 – 2011 : Joins a telecom company to attract and retain new talents the company needs. Advises several management boards and entities regarding the evolution of the organisations, the implementation of HR policies and team management and development. Sets up people reviews and leads talent management projects and forward skill planning programmes to support the group’s evolution
  • 2012 : Decides to go into business and steps in as a coach, a consultant and a trainer on assignments focused on leadership development, collective intelligence, well-being at work and career development.
  • 2015 : Joins Kamae Conseil.
