- 1989 – 1992: Starts her career in Asia, a natural springboard after her Chinese studies. Through recruitment consultancy in Hong-Kong, discovers human management and sales in a multicultural environment
- 1993 – 2000: Works in France as a recruitment and assessment consultant with an international customer base
- 2000 – 2015: Decides to join a company and takes on HR management operational posts in the high tech industry, supporting the companies with organisational change and overall performance.
- 2015: Joins the Kamae Conseil team to support General Management and HR Management, by taking on consultancy and operational management assignments
- Human Resources consultancy and coaching individuals: because organisations’ change and their performance go through individuals’ development
- Training: to take a step back and increase the desire to advance within the company
- Neuro Linguistic Programming: to get to know oneself better and develop effective reciprocating postures (NLP practitioner certified – Repères)
- Practice exchange groups: because learning from the other allows an evolution and a re-motivation in the long term
- OPQ (SHL), MBTI, ProcessCom behavioural profiles, offering keys to understand and accept oneself and others
